The building is in a ¾ acre land
The three-storied with seating capacity of 300 each.
Church is on the first floor. Ground floor and second floor has halls.
The building has enough bathrooms.
Religious Education classes can be held in the ground floor and second floor.
35 parking slots are available within the purchased property. Additional free parking is available on the street marked for public parking.
Behind the church is a public park of 60 acres.
The cost of the building is $750,000
Owner financing $450,000.
Approximate cost for remodeling to make it as our church $100,000 to 150,000
It will take three months for modification.
The decision to purchase the building was done in a pothuyogam held in February 2011.
